DRY NEEDLING
• Acupuncture Dry needling
Acupuncture (dry needling) is a method carried out by a qualified medical personal, using the disposable needles (one use of course), painless, superfine ranging introduced into predetermined points of the skin to treat various diseases especially orthopedic and muscular problems (has nothing to do with the classical Chinese acupuncture). Acupuncture is not painful.
The needles are persistent, thin as a hair and they are for use throw (one time only). The residence time of the needles in the body is from ten to fifteen minutes, and points of input are some particular muscle points (Trigger points) that will cause muscle relaxation ( discharge of the pathological accumulated energy). All this time the patient is lying in a comfortable bed, and stay calm.
Acupuncture is used with satisfactory results in various diseases of the musculoskeletal system helping to eliminate pain, thereby improving blood circulation and muscle function. Acupuncture will also be applied to various sports injuries such as muscle pain, tendinitis, lower back pain (lumbago ) in various forms of muscular contractions such as stiff neck from cold etc..
During the application of dry-needle technique that requires knowledge of who applies it, the patient should feel the release and remove of the negative energy, like a feeling of electricity -heat-swirl - numbness-and a muscle response (beats), which diffuses the muscle under acupuncture therapy. After that the patient has to do some stretching exercises of the muscles for at least twenty times for two-three days .Every stretching last one minute. Within three days comes out the final therapeutic result.
