Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI™)
As urinary incontinence is defined the uncontrolled loss of urine, in urge type, in stress type or mixed type incontinence.
The causes of incontinence in both men and women can be:
• The transient causes such as urinary tract infections etc.
• The overactive bladder
• Insufficiency chuck urethral
• The obstruction of bladder outlet
• Congenital abnormalities and others.
However the diagnosis of the pathology is made after a similar approach by specialists and urologists how to deal with the disease, and is depended on the underlying causes. The specialist is required to propose treatments according to the case and might be medical, surgical and other support methods or a combination of them.
Among the supporting proposals to address both the urge form of incontinence and stress of incontinence, physiotherapy is involved to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which in the past was succeeded by means of electrical stimulation strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. But this was no so pleasant for the patient and the doctor (physiotherapist).
With the evolution of technology in medicine has been created the Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI™) which gives us a non-invasive, painless, effective and important adjuvant therapy to the patient.
What is exactly the Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI™)?
The first therapy of your choice
Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI™). This truly innovative technology combines a basic principle of physics to provide a therapy that is totally non-invasive, painless and - most important - effective
Incontinence - Urinal and Feces Incontinence, Incontinence after radical prostatectomy
Pelvic pain - Chronic prostatitis - Erectile dysfunction
Vaginal Tonus - (3 weeks after delivery)
Hemorrhoids - Prevention for hip fractures
This is the ultimate therapy that will bring happiness to the patients!
Pelvic Floor Therapy System
NeoControl" provides a non-surgical, non-invasive therapy for treating urinary and feces incontinence, incontinence after radical prostatectomy, pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction and other sexual disturbances, hemorrhoids, vaginal tonus and more. NeoControl" can offer unique therapeutic benefits. Unlike any other therapy, NeoControl" demands all the muscles of the pelvic floor to rebuild strength and endurance, reestablishing bladder control.
The therapy is completely painless. Nothing else, except for a chair, and the patient sitting fully dressed up in this comfortable armchair. The patient feels a small vibration or tapping while sitting. They will even be able to feel the pelvic floor muscles contracting.
A treatment session takes around 20 minutes and is typically made every second
day in the doctor's office. Usually there will already be an improvement after 6-8
sessions. The greatest outcome will be achieved after 20 sessions.
For some patients, this treatment will cure incontinence completely. Others may
need to repeat the treatment periodically to maintain muscle control.
That easy! And that effective!
How NeoControl® works
NeoControl" is based on a revolutionary technology called Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI™). This technology produces highly focused magnetic field which varies in time and which penetrates deep into the perineum, activating the pelvic floor muscles by stimulating all branches of the pudendal and splanchnic nerves.
Pulses of sleep gradient magnetic flux are produced and focused by the specially designed therapy head. These fields pass through clothing, bone and soft tissues to initiate nerve impulses. At the same time, a varying magnetic field creates an electrical potential which causes ion flow, or Eddy currents, in the soft tissues of the pelvic floor. This ion flow leads to a brief depolarization of the resting motor neurons. When a threshold is reached, a potential of action is initiated for that neuron. Then, this action potential propagates naturally down the axon via the usual Na+ and K+ ion flows. Once these impulses reach the motor end plates, the muscles of the pelvic floor respond by contracting at an equal to the output pulse rate of the therapy head. The muscles contract and relax with each pulse, unless the output pulse rate exceeds the ability of the muscles to contract and relax, resulting in a constant contraction of the muscles.
Plainly speaking, the ExMI™ technology induces a nerve impulse which causes contractions of the pelvic floor and sphincter muscles.
• All patients will have a non-invasive, painless and comfortable treatment, instead of introducing probes or wasting their energy with boring exercises. The patient sits fully dressed up and comfortable in a chair.
• NeoControl trains the pelvic floor muscles using pulsating magnetic fields
• There will already be an improvement after 6-8 sessions
• The maximum outcome will be achieved after only 20 sessions
• A must for incontinence after radical prostatectomy
• Improvement of patients' sex life
The pulsed magnetic field creates a brief depolarizing potential, initiating a nerve impulse.
NeoContror penetration of the pelvic floor reaches up to 8 cm.
Non-Invasive therapy; You sit fully clothed and comfortable and therapeutic armchair
